Wanee 2013 REWIND: 4/20

Day 3 at Wanee started out a bit cold, rainy and muddy from the night before (not my favorite Florida weather yet), but the day just got better and better as it went!

I started my day setting up at the Peach stage with Leon Russell. It was truly a perfect day time show!

After enjoying some time at the Peach stage, I ventured over to the Mushroom stage to check out the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, a pretty kick ass brass band from New Orleans and later Maceo Parker, a funk and soul jazz saxophonist that used to work with James Brown!

Back to the Peach stage for Tedeschi Trucks Band!! Need I say more?!

After a quick hop skip and a jump to the Mushroom stage, I was blessed with my first ever Tower of Power show!!! Playing hits like What is hip? Tower of Power killed it their R&B horns and vocals from Larry Braggs!
