YarmonyGrass 2016 is just around the corner! In just two short days we reunite at Rancho Del Rio, Colorado for another epic weekend floating on the river and dancing through the night! The magic behind Yarmony comes from so much more than the artists – the Colorado River and the surrounding mountains beam with beauty and enchantment.
With incredible artists like Jeff Austin Band, Roosevelt Collier’s Colorado Get Down, The Drunken Heats, and Coral Creek headlining, you really can’t go wrong! PLUS don’t miss Infamous Stringduster’s own Andy Hall, Dead Winter Carpenters, and all of the other amazing bluegrass bands! YarmonyGrass even features special floating shows on the river – does it get any better than that?! Check out the full schedule below.
Last year was my first YarmonyGrass and it was truly one to be remembered. To be blessed with a legend like Peter Rowan is always special, and the String Cheese Incident’s Billy Nershi is such a treat! This weekend is sure to be just as incredible – don’t miss out! To see more from last year, check out all my photos as well as my review of the festival.
YarmonyGrass starts Thursday afternoon! Don’t forget to buy your tickets in advance. Advance ticket prices expire today (Tues.) at noon. Tickets will also be available for cash (no service fee) at The Barkley Ballroom on Wednesday night for the YarmonyGrass Kick-Off Party (9:00 PM)! There are also some spots left to volunteer if you don’t have the cash! Hope to see y’all there, I’ll greet you with a “YARR!”
